Professional accreditation procedure

The 19th Dinard British Film Festival is to be held from 2 to 5 October 2008.

The professional badge is a great working-tool granting free access to all Festival screenings (ceremonies are upon invitation only). The only way for our Festival to keep offering such a generous accreditation system is to set up rules and limitations. So kindly follow the procedure below :

1. Who is entitled to a professional accreditation ?

Film industry professionals only (upon agreement by our accreditation commission).

Actor
Producer
Distributor
Buyer
Theatre manager
Director
Scriptwriter
Public organization
Bank & Investor
Other film industry professionals

NB : The Festival grants one accreditation per company. Please contact us for tariffs regarding extra accreditations.

2. Procedure

Please fill in and send the pre-registration form below before September 15th 2008. Applications will not be taken into account after this deadline !
The first accreditation commission is to meet on August 18th. You will get a reply via email soon after this date. Should your request be accepted, you will then receive an accreditation form by post.
Your registration will only be confirmed when we get the form back by post (before September 20, 2008). Please send the filled in form, along with a passport photo (NO digital pic via e-mail) and a business card BEFORE THE SEPTEMBER 20TH DEADLINE.

Please note : incomplete/late applications will not be processed.

3. Use of your press badge

Your badge is strictly personal. You are not allowed to lend/swap your badge, or it will be made void.

4. Badge collection

Each professional is to come and collect his/her own badge at the Palais des Arts from 9.30 am on October 2th 2008.
